EMP - Display Space

Below I have found an affordable bird table sold at B&Q, I am very excited about the hole idea. Once decorated with the colour palette and some images spray mounted on, it will look surreal and would easily look like its jumped out of my book. 

My only worry is that the height of this bird table in particular is too short, it just comes short of 4 foot which is a shame as its perfect. I will carry on my research and hopefully find another.

The reasoning for this display space is important for 

the success of attracting my target market. Using this 

quirky diaplay space brings interest to the book and 

subject for young readers. I have designed this display 

space in accordance with the book I have designed 

named ‘Walk with Me’.

‘Walk with Me’ celebrates walks around the Jurassic 

cost and local birds you may spot along the way. 

The bird table works as my plinth to lay my book on, 

to be picked up by readers. Stuck to floor you will 

see a circle stating ‘You Are Here’ giving the viewer a

sense of place. Overhead you will see a selection of 

hanging origami birds to add context to the bird table.

All following the same colour palette as the book.
