As an extra fun incentive to inspire my young audience to take up walking. I thought up the idea of having a series of inspiring posters through out my book. At first I wanted these posters to show some quotes about walking. I have previously posted about this. I wasn't sure on the designs of the posters and there overall message.

In this post I talk about how I want to encourage these young adults by giving them some sayings that could spark some interest. I have looked at these posters again and I do love that idea, but I did feel that they were too graphic compared to rest of my hand rendered illustrated book.

All of these posters that I had previously done were very boring and not work in the way I wanted them to. I got all of the quotes form a quote website.

So I defiantly thought it was time to reconsider what I wanted from these posters and how they could relate to my audience. THEN it just came to me... I thought what is a big interest in most young adults lives, MUSIC. I thought that the lyrics in songs could add an extra incentive to walking and the way you think about it. If you walk to a great soundtrack or to walking themed songs.

So I did some research trying to find songs that had the lyric 'WALK' or WALKING' in the main chorus. These are the songs I came across that thought that could work with the theme of my book.
