I have been thinking about how I could possibly display my book and how it would be more interesting for my target audience. As my target audience are quite young they would not appreciate the normal gallery space. I would want to give my reader an experience, an exciting displaying space for my book to be displayed. I want give my book a chance to be at home in its surroundings, the thought of my book being displayed on a table doesn’t showcase my work in the best way.
I have been trying to think up places that my book would look best displayed and the best idea that I have come up with is displaying my book in a bird house or a bird cage.
The link with the contents of the book inside would be with the way it would be displayed.

How amazing would it be if the birdhouse were made up of my book! Like the examples above the cover of my book could be the roof and my stacked books could be part of the base of the birdhouse. I love this idea but I think for the amount of time I have left on my project I don't think that would be a plausible to make.
I want my book defiantly to be placed in the bird house, so the viewer would have to physically reach into the bird house and pick out the book to read. I believe by presenting my book in this way would add extra magic to my project and be exciting for a young audience to approach either in an exhibition space or in a shop!
