I have discussed the songs that I have chosen in a previous post, I wanted to add these posters as an extra fun element to my book to attract a younger audience. I have made these songs into a shorted title that can be recognised as the song. I wanted to create the type in a hand rendered style that corresponds well with the rest of the illustration style of my book. The style is very limited colour and thin black outline. 

I have drawn inspiration for the type on these posters from the website dafont.com were I have simply just looking up different fonts that catch my eye. I didn't want to copy any font in particular, just to be inspired and do what ever felt right. I have made these fonts all very thin, which I think links well with my thin body text which is gill-sans light.

Here are my final illustrated inspiration song poster series that will be featuring throughout my book. I have decided on colour by keep to the palette of the rest of the book.
